Tucked away down a quiet private road, the cottage benefits from private access to Grasmere Lake via a lakeside path. Walk through the gates and a secluded garden complete with a hot tub awaits. A must for those warm summer days and evenings with a glass or two – the perfect antidote after a long walk!

The stylish modern living space is ideal for cosy nights with sumptuous furnishings, a warming wood-burning stove and a first-class kitchen for cooking up a storm.

The impressive high spec open plan kitchen with quartz worktop, breakfast bar and oak stools has everything you would need to enjoy that hearty Cumbrian breakfast or romantic supper.

The double bedroom is beautifully finished with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table and mirror, and Smart TV. Refresh and relax in the bathroom featuring a large rain shower, fluffy soft robes, luxury linens and beautiful, locally made natural toiletries from Pure Lakes.

Dogs are welcome at the property.

Private parking for one car is located right outside the property.
